We look forward to meeting you! Below you will find information to help you get the most out of your Groupon purchase! As our Groupon expiration date approaches, longer than usual wait times should be expected.

Q: My GROUPON is expired, what can I do?

A: Your GROUPON is worth $35 towards any of our services.

Q: What times are GROUPON appointments available?

A: Currently GROUPON appointments are available the days we’re open from 2-7pm excluding holidays and Sundays.

Q: What if I need a different time or want a sooner appointment?

A: We post all cancellations and open appointments on our facebook page. Like our page and you will receive the latest scheduling updates.

Q: What’s the difference between the 1/2 and 1/2 and the Designer Massage?

A: Each massage is 60 min. The Designer has an additional 15 minutes because you get to pick an indulgent add-on (i.e. body brushing, paraffin hand dip, foot salt scrub). Also the Designer allows you to pick details about your massage. The 1/2 and 1/2 combines deep tissue therapeutic massage with our relaxation massage, which enables us to pay a little extra attention to an area which may be bothering you, such as a tight neck. Each has their own unique advantages and it just depends on what type of massage you are looking for.

Q: Can two of us have a massage at the same time?

A: Unfortunately at this time, our studio only allows for one client at a time. If you schedule ahead of time you can schedule back to back appointments. The Village has many shops and restaurants that will make an hours wait seem like 15 minutes while you’re waiting for your massage.

Q: I missed the Groupon! Are you still offering this deal?

A: This was a one time deal through Groupon. We do however offer other specials and one time discounts. You can sign up for our email list or follow our Facebook page to hear about them.

Q: Can I use the Groupon for two different sessions?

A: The Groupon must be used during the same service.

Q: Can I give my Groupon voucher away for someone else to use?

A: The person who purchased the Groupon must be the one to redeem it.

Q: I can’t use my voucher, can you buy it back or refund my purchase?

A: Vouchers have no cash value. We do not refund them or buy them back. You can however use the purchase price towards another service or gift certificate. If you can’t use your voucher before the expiration date, you can receive a refund directly from Groupon.

Q: You are so booked! Do you have a waiting list so I might get in sooner?

A: We recommend booking an appointment and then following us on Facebook. We will post last minute appointments and openings there. First to respond by phone will fill the slot. So far, not many last minute slots have opened up.

Q: Can I combine my Groupon with your other specials?

A: The Groupon may not be combined with any other specials or coupons.

Q: I’ve never had a massage, can you tell me what it’s like?

Once you’ve made your appointment, we highly encourage you to follow us on Facebook as this is where we will be posting any last minute appointments or cancellations. First response by phone will fill the slot.

Making Your Appointment

GROUPON appoints are available:
• Tuesday 2pm to 6pm
• Wednesday thru Saturday 2pm to 6pm
• ClOSED MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS

• All clients are important, that is why we require everyone to schedule their appointment in advance. We will do our best to schedule an appointment that is most convenient for you. However, our schedule will fill up quickly. It is best to allow enough time when making your appointment as our availability becomes limited. We do not accept Walk-In Appointments.

• Saturdays are always popular to schedule. If you would like a Saturday appointment, it is best to schedule one to two months in advance.

• After the Groupon goes live our phone lines will be very busy. If you don’t get through on the first try you can either book online through our online appointment system or leave your name and call back number and we will return your call as soon as possible. If you do not hear back within 2 days, please call us again.

• You can find detailed instructions on how to book your appointment online here.

• When booking an appointment online or over the phone, you will need to have your Groupon voucher number, located at the top right hand corner of your GROUPON, contact phone number and your email address to secure your appointment.

• Once your appointment is booked, you will receive an email detailing the date and time. At the bottom of this email there will be a link to our client Intake Form and information regarding where we are located and directions. All clients must fill out the Client Intake Form in order to receive a massage. You can also download the form here.

• If you purchased a Designer Massage you will also receive a second email directing you to a link so you can design your massage.

• We are located in the Capitola Village which can be very busy during summer, especially on the weekends. Please make time for traffic and parking. Our Studio does not have onsite parking. You can find village parking information here. There are also quite a few festivals during the summer which makes it VERY busy in the Village. You can find the dates for these weekends on the Capitola Village here.

• Make sure to have your Groupon voucher with you, either on paper or on your phone. No voucher = No Massage. If you forget your voucher the below $30 cancellation fee will apply and the appointment will need to be rescheduled.

• If you are running late to your appointment, we cannot extend the time of the session. Your session will end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 25 min late, please call to reschedule your appointment and the 24 hour cancellation policy will apply. Please see below for our no show policy.

• We require a 24 hour cancellation notice. If an appointment is cancelled within the 24 hour period before your appointment, you will be charged a $30 fee to reschedule.

• If you don’t call or show up for an appointment, your Groupon will be forfeited and deemed as used. NO EXCEPTIONS.
