Cancellations:
Please give us 24 hours notice in the event that you must cancel. If you are unable to give 24 hour notice, we will do our best to fill the time slot but if unable to do so, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $30.
Not showing for your appointment:
If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of the session and any gift certificates used will be forfeited.
Arrival time:
New clients please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paper work. Existing clients, please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment to get cozy.
Late Arrivals:
The time we set aside for your appointment is completely yours. If you are late to your session, you are missing out on your massage time. The session will end at the time scheduled and the full cost of the session is expected as the time was set aside for you.
Massage is strictly non-sexual:
Massage sessions are strictly non-sexual. Any suggestive statements or actions will result in immediate termination of the session wherein the client pays the full cost of the session. Law enforcement will be notified if deemed appropriate.
Modesty:
Massage is best when the client is fully undressed. However, it is the clients discretion to dress down to their own comfort level. Your comfort is important to us, all therapists follow professional draping procedures.
Parental Consent:
Please only bring children if they are having a massage. All clients under 18 will need parental consent.
Health Intake form:
To ensure safe, customized sessions, the client must fill out a health intake form before treatment. It is the client’s responsibility to relay all health information so the therapist can modify the treatment plan where necessary.
Confidentiality:
The client’s records and sessions will be kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone without the client’s written consent.
Cell Phones and Valuables:
We provide our clients with a relaxing atmosphere. Please help us keep a zen space by turning off any cell phones or pagers. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, so please leave valuables at home.
Payments:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and cash. Please present coupons and gift certificates at time of service.
Gratuities:
The best compliment is your personal recommendation to a friend or loved one. However, gratuities are always appreciated in the form of cash or added to your credit card receipt.
